How long does it take for Voltaren to work?
Voltaren starts working within 15-30 minutes after dosing.
Voltaren lasts up to 6-8 hours after dosing.
Voltaren can be dosed as high as 4.5 grams (100 mg) per 5 minutes. It is available as a self-injection, patch, and gel.
Voltaren may not be effective for everyone.
How long does Voltaren stay in your system?
Voltaren remains effective for several days in a row after dosing. It is usually not needed for more than three weeks. This can be a problem if you don't have enough blood in your system. Voltaren should be stored at room temperature and away from excess heat and moisture.

Voltaren Gel 100g contains the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID),Diclofenac. This gel helps reduce swelling, reduce pain and swelling, and relieve pain from arthritis, backache, sprains and sports injuries.
Use Voltaren Gel 100g on an empty stomach with at least 1 hour between uses. It should be used with caution in patients with stomach ulcers. Shake the product thoroughly before use. The gel should be swallowed with a glass of water. If a dose is missed, use it as soon as you remember. Apply the gel to the affected area at the first sign of an allergic reaction. Use for 1 to 2 days only if your doctor has advised you to do so. Consult your doctor if you are experiencing any symptoms get back to using again.
